“I spent months -- MONTHS -- trying to get a quote for a small bathroom renovation (new tiled shower and tiled floor). After striking out with three separate contractors who ghosted after looking at the bathroom and saying they'd get me an estimate, I called Mariano at Simple Solutions. He came out within a couple of days, took into account my budget, had direct and relevant questions, and came back with a very reasonable estimate before the week was out. He let me know he was scheduling 5-8 weeks out, and sure enough, at the 6 week mark he was ready to start. His guess of 6-7 days of work was completely accurate, he kept the time during which we didn't have the toilet available to a minimum, and everything was done beautifully and cleanly. He and his worker cleaned up every day before leaving, too. All told, this was the best and easiest experience I've had with a contractor ever! Will definitely be calling him again.”

“I needed sections of screens replaced on my screened porch and a bunch of tasks my husband had been avoiding. Called Marciano who was able to come out the next week. He was prompt and we reviewed what needed to be done. He got right to work. He replaced the screens and the work was perfect. He pays attention to detail suggesting another placement of a rain chain so it didn't splash onto the porch. He hung rope lights on the porch, put up a curtain rod and new house numbers. “I was looking for a handy person because I needed drywall removed and replaced and insulation installed due to a leak from a dryer exhaust pipe where water was condensing during the cold Winter months. Mariano was timely, worked quickly and efficiently, and showed me the fixes being made along the way to correct the problem. After replacing the drywall in the ceiling he did the patching work so that all I had to do was sand, prime and paint on another day. He also cleaned up after he completed the work. Not all contractors are as neat. I plan to hire Simple Solutions again for other projects.”
